He joined the organization in 1987 and has served in numerous roles and positions including Vice President, Sales, and Marketing. Additionally, Mr. Garner developed expertise as an insolvency trustee and in that capacity has served as the Adjustment Division Manager facilitating the rehabilitation, when possible, and the liquidation, when necessary, of financially distressed companies. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MBA from the University of Redlands. In addition to his responsibilities within PS Credit, Mr. Garner serves on the board of directors of the National Association of Credit Management (NACM), founded in 1896 and recognized as the premier association for credit professionals in the United States with over 25,000 members. Mr. Garner is active in the community having served on the board of directors and most recently completing a term as President of The Executives Association of San Diego. He is an active member of the San Diego Rotary (Club 33) and is presently serving on the board of directors of the San Diego YMCA. She began her career as an accounting clerk and advanced to credit manager of a Fortune 500 company. She left the credit department and began serving the business credit community in the marketing and sales department of her local National Association of Credit Management (NACM) Affiliate. She joined PS Credit in 1990 and was promoted to Vice President in 2000.
