6. Why would I use your service?
Start by asking yourself, how much are you owed? eCollectionLetters.com is a nationwide agency providing a simple and inexpensive solution to collecting past due accounts and bad debt from business entities. This is the "missing option” that should precede the use of traditional collection agencies. We understand when the customer doesn’t pay your business may suffer. Past due accounts may limit your ability to expand, purchase new equipment and/or supplies, or negatively affect your cash flow. Past due accounts reduce profitability. Spending outrageous amounts of money in your personnel time and effort trying to collect past due account receivables should not prevent your ability to run your business. Save time. Save money. Save effort. With eCollectionLetters we will help you save all three!

7. To whom can I assign a Collection Letter Series?
eCollectionLetters service can only be used to collect account receivables from other business entities. We will cancel any debt Collection Letter Series assigned to non-business entities. You will be sent a notice indicating that you cannot submit debt Collection Letter Series for non-business entities. If you continue to violate our policy, your account will be disabled. This service is not for collection of debt from consumers or private parties.

8. How does an eCollectionLetters debt Collection Letter Series work?
First, you purchase a debt Collection Letter Series to send to a delinquent account owner.

Second, you request a Collection Letter Series to the delinquent account.

Once we have verified your payment information and that the debtor’s information has been verified as a business entity, we will process your Collection Letter Series.

A debt collection letter is generated and mailed directly to the debtor instructing them to pay you directly for the debt amount owed.

Unless you stop the debt Collection Letter Series in your eCollectionLetters account, a second and third letter will be generated and mailed to the debtor in a 15 day fixed interval.

If you still do not receive payment after the third collection letter has been mailed, you will have the option to assign the delinquent account to our parent collection agency PS Credit  .

9. The debtor has paid their debt, what do I do now?
If the debtor has paid their debt, you should log into your eCollectionLetters account and stop the next collection letter in the Collection Letter Series.

If the debtor has not paid the debt after the third collection letter in the series has been sent, you have the option to assign the account to our parent collection agency (PS Credit  ) for collection. Not only will your letter be professional, it will be that push in the right direction at the debtor to inform them that the debt collection process has begun. The style and layout of our debt collection letters are distinctly different and unique from other collection letter services. We won’t utilize colorful graphics that will make your letter look like a marketing ploy when it should be professional and to the point.
